Commercial Series Gas Griddle with 6mm Plate by Le Griddle

The Commercial Series Gas Griddle boasts a Triple Plated Cooking Plate, now offered in 3mm and 6mm thicknesses. It sports a Texas Sea Glass Matte Finish Cooking Surface and a new Hidden Grease Tray. The cooking plate is also available in 304 Stainless steel, featuring a cast-iron base plate for even heat distribution. It includes 3 safety valves with thermocouples to prevent gas supply in case of accidental flame extinction. Designed for indoor and commercial use, it has a removable, dishwasher-safe grease tray for easy cleanup and a new Push Button Ignition System. The cooking plate in 6mm thickness has new holes for grease disposal and a Texas Sea Glass Matte cooking surface finish. Gas conversion is facilitated by included opposite gas orifices.
